### Building Wanted Network in Phases

Wanted Network is designed to launch in stages.

The goal is to build the platform around real creator participation, WNTD utility, Bounty activity, and sponsor demand instead of relying only on presale hype.

The roadmap is structured around six major phases:

1. Foundation
2. Presale and Community Launch
3. Season 1 Activation
4. Token Launch
5. Platform Expansion
6. Multi-Season Growth

Each phase is designed to increase platform utility, creator participation, and WNTD usage.

### Phase 1: Foundation

#### Objective

Build the core brand, infrastructure, whitepaper, community channels, and presale foundation for Wanted Network.

#### Key Milestones

* Wanted Network brand launch
* Website launch
* Whitepaper release
* Tokenomics finalization
* Community channel setup
* Creator waitlist launch
* Presale waitlist launch
* Initial Safehouse concept release
* Season 1 Mission previews
* Wanted Board pre-launch design
* WNTD smart contract preparation
* Legal, compliance, and IP review
* Audit and security planning
* Content rules and submission guidelines

#### Purpose

Phase 1 establishes the foundation of the project.

The most important goal is clarity.

Users, creators, and presale participants must understand:

* what Wanted Network is
* what WNTD does
* how creators participate
* why Season 1 matters
* how Bounties work
* how Wanted Spotlight creates utility
* how the project avoids direct game integration or IP misuse

Phase 1 should make the opportunity simple:

> **Create Content. Build Heat. Become Wanted.**

### Phase 2: Presale and Community Launch

#### Objective

Open WNTD presale participation while growing the creator base, community, and early platform awareness.

#### Key Milestones

* WNTD presale launch
* Phase 1 presale opening at $0.001
* Community growth campaigns
* Creator onboarding campaigns
* Founding Creator applications
* Early Mission announcements
* Telegram and Discord activation
* X/Twitter campaign rollout
* PR and media launch wave
* Creator education content
* Presale dashboard release
* Referral system launch
* Initial Bounty pool announcements
* WNTD holder education
* Public token utility breakdowns

#### Purpose

Phase 2 is designed to build early momentum.

The presale is not only a fundraising event.

It is also the first major onboarding campaign for the Wanted Network ecosystem.

During this phase, early participants should understand that WNTD is used for:

* Bounty rewards
* Mission access
* Safehouse tools
* Wanted Spotlight placements
* capped Heat Boosts
* creator tiers
* sponsor campaigns
* community voting

Phase 2 should also begin building the creator side of the network.

The goal is to avoid launching with only token buyers.

Wanted Network needs creators, holders, and community participants growing together.

### Phase 3: Season 1 Activation

#### Objective

Launch **Season 1: Open World Launch**, the first major Wanted Network creator campaign.

#### Key Milestones

* Season 1 Mission rollout
* Founding Creator onboarding
* Safehouse early access
* Wanted Board pre-season activation
* First Open Missions
* First Verified Missions
* First Bounty pools
* Community Pick voting
* Creator submission system
* Heat scoring rollout
* Manual review process
* Anti-abuse checks
* Creator reward tracking
* Weekly Dispatch launch
* Wanted Spotlight beta
* First creator features
* First Season 1 leaderboard updates

#### Purpose

Phase 3 brings the platform to life.

Creators begin completing Missions, submitting content, building Heat, and competing for Bounties.

This phase is designed to prove the creator loop:

1. Creators join.
2. Creators post.
3. Content spreads.
4. Wanted Network gains attention.
5. Creators build Heat.
6. Bounties reward winners.
7. WNTD becomes useful inside the ecosystem.

Season 1 should demonstrate that Wanted Network is more than a presale.

It should show that the platform can create real creator activity.

### Phase 4: Token Launch

#### Objective

Launch WNTD on Solana and activate post-presale token utility.

#### Key Milestones

* Token Generation Event
* WNTD SPL token launch
* Presale claim portal
* Initial presale unlock
* Liquidity deployment
* Liquidity lock
* DEX launch
* Token contract verification
* Post-launch holder dashboard
* Staking preparation
* Creator tier activation
* Safehouse utility expansion
* WNTD-powered voting
* WNTD-powered Spotlight access
* Ecosystem wallet transparency
* Launch reporting

#### Purpose

Phase 4 moves WNTD from presale allocation to active ecosystem token.

WNTD utility should begin activating around:

* creator tiers
* Safehouse access
* Spotlight placements
* community voting
* Mission access
* Bounty rewards
* sponsor campaign preparation

The token launch should not be treated as the finish line.

It is the beginning of the active Wanted Network economy.

### Phase 5: Platform Expansion

#### Objective

Expand Wanted Network from early Season 1 activity into a more complete creator-rewards platform.

#### Key Milestones

* Safehouse dashboard expansion
* Advanced creator profiles
* Premium Mission access
* Heat history tracking
* Wanted Board category expansion
* Creator analytics tools
* Spotlight marketplace expansion
* Sponsor campaign onboarding
* Partner Bounty pilots
* Staking-based creator tiers
* Bounty reward history
* Creator badges
* Submission quality scoring
* Anti-bot tooling improvements
* Campaign performance reporting
* Referral and affiliate improvements

#### Purpose

Phase 5 is where Wanted Network begins shifting from launch campaign to platform.

The focus moves toward:

* better creator tools
* stronger reward systems
* sponsor utility
* clearer WNTD use cases
* repeatable campaign infrastructure
* long-term creator retention

Wanted Network must become useful beyond the first wave of hype.

This phase is designed to deepen platform value.

### Phase 6: Multi-Season Growth

#### Objective

Expand Wanted Network into a repeatable creator-rewards network for major gaming and entertainment attention cycles.

#### Key Milestones

* New gaming launch campaigns
* Additional seasonal Missions
* Sponsor-funded Bounty campaigns
* Creator marketplace expansion
* Brand and agency partnerships
* Gaming creator network growth
* Multi-campaign Wanted Board
* Cross-season Heat history
* Expanded Spotlight inventory
* Partner campaign templates
* Community-selected seasons
* Advanced sponsor dashboards
* Creator monetization tools
* Long-term ecosystem incentives

#### Purpose

Phase 6 is the long-term vision.

Season 1 begins with creator content around the GTA 6 launch cycle, but Wanted Network is designed to expand beyond one campaign.

Future seasons may focus on:

* major game launches
* esports events
* streaming trends
* entertainment releases
* creator competitions
* sponsor-funded campaigns
* gaming communities
* viral content moments

The goal is to create a repeatable system where each new campaign brings:

* new Missions
* new creators
* new Bounties
* new sponsor opportunities
* new WNTD utility
* new Wanted Board activity

### Roadmap Philosophy

Wanted Network’s roadmap is built around three priorities.

#### 1. Prove the Creator Loop

Wanted Network must prove that creators want to participate, submit content, build Heat, and compete for Bounties.

Without creators, the platform does not work.

#### 2. Activate WNTD Utility

WNTD must be used for more than rewards.

The token must support access, staking, Spotlight placements, voting, sponsor campaigns, and ecosystem recycling.

#### 3. Build Beyond Season 1

Season 1 is the first campaign, not the entire project.

Wanted Network must become a repeatable platform for gaming and entertainment attention cycles.

### Summary

Wanted Network’s roadmap begins with brand, community, presale, and creator onboarding.

It then moves into Season 1 activation, token launch, Safehouse expansion, Wanted Spotlight utility, sponsor campaigns, and multi-season growth.

The roadmap is designed around one core objective:

> **Turn gaming attention into a repeatable creator-rewards economy powered by WNTD.**
