# Platform Mechanics
### How Wanted Network Works
**Wanted Network is built around a simple creator flow:**
> **Choose a Mission.**\
> **Create content.**\
> **Submit the link.**\
> **Build Heat.**\
> **Climb the Wanted Board.**\
> **Compete for Bounties.**\
> **Use WNTD to unlock more access, tools, and visibility.**
The platform is designed to be easy for creators to understand while still creating meaningful utility for WNTD.
Creators do not need to understand complex crypto mechanics to participate in basic Missions. They need to understand what content to make, where to submit it, how scoring works, and what rewards are available.
WNTD adds the access, reward, and promotional layer behind that creator activity.
### Creator Onboarding
Creators begin by creating a Wanted Network profile.
**A creator profile may include:**
* wallet connection
* username
* supported social accounts
* creator category
* follower ranges
* content platforms
* referral code
* verification status
* Safehouse dashboard access
Basic participation should be simple.
A new creator should be able to join, view available Missions, understand the rules, and submit content without needing to become a crypto expert.
Advanced features, premium Missions, staking, Spotlight placements, and higher-value Bounty eligibility can be introduced once the creator understands the ecosystem.
### Mission Types
Missions are the content challenges that drive platform activity.
**Each Mission includes:**
* content objective
* eligible platforms
* submission deadline
* scoring rules
* reward pool
* eligibility requirements
* content restrictions
* review process
* Bounty details
Wanted Network may support several Mission types.
#### Open Missions
Open Missions are available to all eligible creators.
These Missions are designed to attract new users, build community activity, and make participation easy.
**Examples:**
* create a short-form reaction
* post a prediction
* make an original meme
* submit a commentary clip
* share a launch-cycle hot take
#### Verified Missions
Verified Missions require creators to connect approved social accounts or complete additional verification steps.
These Missions help reduce spam, duplicate accounts, and low-quality submissions.
#### Premium Missions
Premium Missions require holding or staking WNTD.
These Missions may include higher reward pools, early access, additional submission slots, or more exclusive creator opportunities.
Premium Missions are not designed to guarantee winners.
They are designed to create higher-quality participation and stronger platform commitment.
#### Sponsor Missions
Sponsor Missions are funded by external sponsors, partners, communities, or projects.
A sponsor may fund a Mission to promote a campaign, product, launch, event, or creator challenge.
Sponsor Missions can create new demand for WNTD by requiring WNTD to launch, boost, or fund campaign activity.
#### Community Missions
Community Missions allow Wanted Network users and WNTD holders to influence future content challenges.
These Missions may be selected through voting, seasonal feedback, or community proposals.
### Submission Process
Creators submit content by posting on supported platforms and submitting the content link through Safehouse.
**A submission may include:**
* content URL
* Mission selected
* creator wallet
* connected social profile
* timestamp
* platform metrics
* content category
* optional caption or description
Wanted Network does not need to host the creator’s content directly.
The platform can rank, review, and reward submitted links while creators continue using the social platforms where their audiences already exist.
This allows Wanted Network to operate as a campaign and reward layer above existing platforms.
### Heat Scoring
Heat is the scoring system used to measure creator activity and performance.
Heat may be calculated from several categories.
#### Performance Metrics
These may include:
* views
* likes
* comments
* shares
* reposts
* watch time where available
* engagement rate
* follower-adjusted performance
#### Mission Completion
Creators may earn Heat for completing approved Missions, meeting deadlines, following content rules, and submitting eligible content.
#### Quality Review
Wanted Network may use manual review, community review, or internal moderation to identify content that is original, relevant, high-quality, and aligned with Mission requirements.
#### Community Voting
WNTD holders and eligible community members may vote on selected categories, such as Community Pick Bounties, featured submissions, or future Mission themes.
#### Creator Trust Signals
To protect the platform, Heat may be adjusted based on trust signals such as:
* verified social accounts
* account age
* submission history
* suspicious engagement flags
* duplicate content detection
* bot activity indicators
* plagiarism or stolen content checks
* prior rule violations
Heat is designed to reward real creator activity, not fake engagement.
### Heat Is Not WNTD
Heat and WNTD serve different purposes.
**Heat** is a creator score.
**WNTD** is the platform utility token.
Heat helps determine rank, eligibility, visibility, and Bounty qualification.
WNTD powers rewards, access, staking, voting, Spotlight placements, sponsor campaigns, and ecosystem activity.
This separation allows Wanted Network to score creators fairly while keeping the token focused on utility.
### Wanted Board Rankings
The Wanted Board is the leaderboard system of Wanted Network.
Creators climb the Wanted Board by earning Heat and participating in Missions.
The Wanted Board may include multiple ranking categories to avoid one-size-fits-all competition.
**Possible Wanted Board categories include:**
* Most Wanted Overall
* Rising Heat
* Underdog Creators
* Meme Missions
* Prediction Missions
* Clip Missions
* Community Picks
* Sponsor Missions
* Crew Rankings
* Weekly Heat
* Season Heat
This allows different types of creators to compete in different ways.
A large creator may dominate reach-based categories.
A smaller creator may win an Underdog Bounty through strong engagement relative to audience size.
A meme account may compete in Meme Missions.
A commentator may compete in Prediction Missions.
The goal is to reward different forms of creator value.
### Bounty Structure
Bounties are reward pools connected to Missions, rankings, or specific campaign objectives.
**Bounties may reward:**
* top Heat scores
* best engagement rate
* best small creator performance
* community-voted winners
* most original content
* best prediction
* best meme
* best clip
* best commentary
* sponsor-selected winners
**Bounties may include:**
* WNTD rewards
* stablecoin rewards
* partner rewards
* Spotlight placements
* Safehouse upgrades
* creator features
* seasonal badges
* other approved rewards
Not every Bounty needs to reward the same type of creator.
Wanted Network can create multiple Bounty categories so that the platform does not only reward the largest accounts.
### Reward Vesting
To protect the ecosystem from immediate farming and dumping, certain Bounty rewards may unlock over time.
Smaller rewards may have faster unlocks.
Larger rewards may include partial vesting.
A potential reward structure may include:

### WNTD Staking and Creator Tiers
WNTD can be staked to unlock creator tiers and additional platform benefits.
Staking is designed to create commitment, reduce low-quality farming, and give serious creators access to deeper platform functionality.
**Potential creator tiers may include:**

Staking WNTD should not guarantee leaderboard success.
It should unlock access, tools, and limited advantages while preserving the integrity of content-based competition.
### Capped Heat Boosts
WNTD staking may unlock capped Heat Boosts.
Heat Boosts are designed to reward committed participants without turning Wanted Network into a pay-to-win platform.
**A creator may receive benefits such as:**
* small Heat multipliers
* extra submission slots
* early Mission access
* premium Mission eligibility
* priority review
* profile upgrades
Heat Boosts should remain capped.
Creators should not be able to buy victory.
The platform should remain primarily driven by content quality, engagement, originality, Mission completion, and community response.
### Wanted Spotlight Mechanics
Wanted Spotlight allows creators and sponsors to use WNTD to unlock promotional visibility.
**This may include:**
* homepage placement
* Wanted Board highlights
* Weekly Dispatch placement
* X/Twitter mention
* Telegram or Discord feature
* featured submission slot
* creator interview
* approved media or PR campaign inclusion
**Wanted Spotlight can be unlocked through:**
* spending WNTD
* staking WNTD
* winning Bounties
* achieving creator rank milestones
* sponsor campaign participation
This gives WNTD direct utility as an attention-access token.
Creators can earn WNTD through performance, then use WNTD to gain more visibility.
Sponsors can acquire or use WNTD to promote campaigns and access creator attention.
### Token Sinks and Recycling
When WNTD is spent inside the platform, it may be allocated across several ecosystem functions.
**Potential uses include:**
* recycling into future Bounty pools
* treasury support
* token burns
* staking incentives
* community rewards
* platform operations
**A potential internal split for spent WNTD may include:**

WNTD cannot replace creativity.

### Repeatable Campaign Infrastructure

This makes the platform repeatable.
Season 1 is the beginning.
